At Chiltanmart, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with our return and refund policy.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- The item must not be damaged due to misuse or negligence
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- Sealed products must remain unopened
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used consumable products (CBD oils, gummies, softgels)
- Products purchased during final sale or clearance events
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Bundles that have been partially used
How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process:

- Include your order number and reason for return
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days
- If approved, you'll receive a return shipping label and instructions
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund:
- Check your bank account first
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted
- Contact your bank — there is often some processing time
- If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@Chiltanmart.com
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, damaged product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
